We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says, “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.—2 Corinthians 6:1-2
God has bestowed upon us His amazing grace! That means we have favor with God, access into His presence, and power beyond our natural abilities to name a few. If we don’t take advantage of God’s promises for our life by believing them, confessing them and acting upon them then we are not appropriating God’s grace for our lives. Hence, we received the grace of God in vain.
In order to operate in God’s grace we must be diligent in living every day by faith. Meditating and feeding on God’s Word will bring you into a revelation of God’s love. When you understand God’s love you become established in His grace. You become more cognizant of the Holy Spirit working in your life to produce godly character and power for victorious living.
Today is the day of salvation! Today is the accepted time where God’s grace is freely flowing for anyone who will believe. Salvation is not just deliverance from hell, but healing and health, success and prosperity, peace and wholeness in all of our relationships for today! This is the day The Lord has made—the age of grace in which we live, rejoice and be glad because God is on your side and highly favors you! You are destined to succeed!
