I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.—1 Corinthians 1:4,8
The day will come when we cross the finish line and stand before our Savior. The day of The Lord begins with the rapture of the church. The church will stand before Christ to receive its rewards for service. Those who allow the grace of God to work in their lives shall receive great reward! That grace began to work when we submitted our lives to His control by saying and believing that Jesus is Lord!
That grace continues to work when we pick up the cross and deny ourselves every day and and allow God’s grace to work in us and produce what we can’t do by ourselves. Grace is God’s wisdom and power flowing through us to accomplish His good plan and purpose in our lives! When we yield to Jesus it is comforting to know that He will confirm us to the end, and He will present us blameless before the Father.
Confirm means to make stable and that is what the God’s wisdom and power does for us. When we live close to Jesus in continual fellowship with Him and His Word, we tap into His wisdom and His power! Knowing who you are in Christ will bring stability to your life!
But it is from Him (the Father) that you have your life in Christ Jesus, Whom God made our Wisdom from God, revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, manifesting itself as our Righteousness thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God, and our Consecration making us pure and holy, and our Redemption providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin.—1 Corinthians 1:30 AMP
