And you became followers of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit, so that you became examples to all in Macedonia and Achaia who believe. (1 Thessalonians 1:6,7 NKJV)
Every leader is a good follower. If you are going to be a model for others to emulate then you first must be following a pattern. Jesus is our pattern for life and ministry. Paul, the Apostle followed Christ’s pattern and became a pattern for the Thessalonian believers to follow. To follow means to conform to someone. To follow means to travel along a certain course. Who are you following? Where are they taking you? Do they follow Christ and His path? Finish strong by being a good follower and you will find someone will be following you to the finish line!
